He has a successful track record of building companies generating exceptional investor returns, demonstrating an ability for assembling high performance management teams and a reputation for maintaining high standards of ethics and integrity. He founded four successful orthopedic technology companies with successful exits and has served as a director of seven early-stage companies. Notable accomplishments include leading a private equity funded roll-up yielding a 75% internal rate of return and serving as chief commercial officer on a management team completing a successful NYSE IPO.
